Scott J. Powell, M.D. was born in Austin, Texas and grew up in Houston. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Baylor University and Medical Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Dr. Powell completed a five year surgical residency at The University of Florida in Jacksonville. He moved back to Texas and began practicing as a board-certified General Surgeon in East Texas. Dr. Powell practiced in a private practice from 2004-2010.
Victor W. Fuselier, MS, PA-C is a resident of Coppell, Texas, where he lives with his wife and four children. He grew up in the outskirts of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Fuselier spent the past 25 years in the healthcare industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Tulane University, Louisiana State University-School of Allied Health and Baylor College of Medicine. In 1995, Fuselier graduated with a Master of Science from Baylor College of Medicine, Physician Assistant Program. For 13 years, Fuselier worked at Cardiovascular Institute of the South in Houma, Louisiana, where he specialized in cardiovascular, thoracic and peripheral vascular surgery. In 2011, Fuselier moved to Texas and has been treating patients in the north Dallas area.
